It never ceases to amaze me how so many cosmetic skin care companies always bag natural skin care moisturizing ingredients as being oily. Nothing could be further from the truth.

In fact the opposite is true. Look at the labels on their moisturizers and you’ll see words like mineral oil, paraffin, paraben, alcohol and so on. Don’t let the big brand names fool and confuse you with their advertising. An oil free anti-aging ****** moisturizer is the natural way to go.

For thousands of year’s natural oils, extracts and substances have been used to better moisturize, hydrate and nourish the skin.

The following 5 natural oils, emollients and anti-oxidants can better moisturize and benefit dry sensitive skin that you should keep an eye out for in an oil free anti-aging ****** moisturizer.

Grapeseed Oil — it has excellent skin moisturizing properties, and is astringent to help tighten and tone your skin,

Macadamia Oil – it penetrates skin quickly and is excellent for dry sensitive skin, and is one of the most effective anti-oxidants; it has a naturally high concentration of palmitoleic acid (40%)

D-Panthenol – it is a moisturizer, emollient and humectant. It’s also a pro-vitamin rich in vitamin B5

Avocado oil — a powerful anti-oxidant containing vitamin E, omegas 3 and 9 and high levels of chlorophyll, it can improve the health and vitality of your skin.

Jojoba Oil – it contains powerful anti-oxidants to minimize oxidative stress and fight free radicals.

Natural skin cream substances have come a long way over the last few years, particularly the last 12 months. Nano technology and new extraction methods have produced new unique ingredients that can tackle the 3 main causes of skin aging. Loss of collagen and elastin proteins, free radical damage and the reduction of hyaluronic acid in your skin.

The following 3 substances are included in a few top quality natural anti-aging skin creams that can address the 3 causes of skin aging as well as contribute to better moisturizing your skin

Cynergy TK”(TM)” with functional keratin”(TM)” can stimulate internal collagen and elastin protein skin cell re-growth.

CoenzymeQ10 in the nano-emulsion form Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10. It penetrates deep into your skin to enhance cell activity and hydrate dry sensitive skin.

Phytessence Wakame inhibits hyalurondase a harmful enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid causing oxidative stress.

The above ingredients are proven to provide you with the best possible natural moisturizing benefits, without blocking your skins pores. An anti-aging skin cream that includes ingredients that can provide skin rejuvenation and new protein skin cell re-growth is an added bonus.

At my website, I go into more detail about an oil free anti-aging ****** moisturizer cream that includes the above ingredients that can help you to have a better moisturized younger, smoother and more radiant looking skin.

There are many creams and lotions that will claim to be able to work well on stretch marks. You should know what to look for in an anti stretch mark cream so you don’t get duped by fake or ineffective products.

Combination of Ingredients

Anti stretch mark creams include many ingredients. You should however, check for ingredients that have been carefully combined for a more concentrated effect. Each individual ingredient should have an individual impact on stretch marks. Since stretch marks are essentially scars that result from dermal tearing, you should look for ingredients that can help repair the skin and improve collagen and elastin strength.

Preventive Properties

A stretch mark scar is difficult to remove completely. A good anti stretch mark cream should hold prevention as the key to stopping the appearance of stretch marks altogether. An anti stretch mark cream that can prevent stretch marks does so by first of all nourishing the skin. A good anti stretch mark cream however can still be used even by those who have severe stretch marks. It is reasonable to imagine though that in severe cases, a good product can only effectively diminish the appearance of stretch marks.

Something Safe

Most stretch mark problems arise during pregnancy because of the quick expansion of the abdomen. It is therefore important to look for an anti stretch mark cream that is safe enough to use even on pregnant women. Although pregnant women are still advised to go by the advice of their doctors, a 100% natural product can be a safe choice. Natural ingredients reduce the chances of side effects regardless of whether an individual is pregnant or not. Just be sure to check with your doctor first.

Safe Against Allergies

Natural stretch mark cream products are also good for individuals with sensitive skin. The natural ingredients are already naturally occurring in the body or the environment so there is a small chance that they could promote allergies. To be on the safe side, try an anti stretch mark cream product on a patch of skin first and observe after 24 hours if any allergy signs appear.

Expectation Setting

A good anti stretch mark cream should also be clear about what you can expect. Makes sure that product instructions will tell you exactly how long you should wait for results and how often or how much a product should be used.

A typical cream is applied twice a day for a couple of weeks. To give your cream the best chances of providing results, you should use the cream after taking a shower when the skin is clean and the pores are open. The application should also be allowed to seep in before you put on your clothes.

Honest Claims

A good product will not be afraid to claim that it cannot work miracles for some people. The effectiveness of a product will depend on such factors as your skin type, genetic predisposition and severity of stretch marks.

An organic night anti-aging cream review can help you a lot in choosing the best anti aging cream. In fact, it is probably the best method to find out a lot of authentic information about anti aging creams, their ingredients, do’s and don’ts, and recommendations by skin care experts.

First of all, you should know what an organic night anti-aging cream review is. As the name suggests, an anti aging cream review discusses the important things about anti aging creams, the kind of ingredients used in them, their effectiveness, how safe are they to be used on skin, and more. Now, from reading a review like this, you learn a lot of information.

The most important thing about an organic night cream reviewed is that it is usually written by an expert in the field. The reviews you can find in medical journals, health and fitness magazines, and skin care websites are usually written by skin care experts, dermatologists, and other people who have considerable experience in the field. In other words, they know what they are talking about. So, the information you get from an anti aging review is most likely to be authentic.

So, does it really matter if the information you find in an organic night cream reviewed is authentic or not? Actually, it matters a lot. The reason is simple. Any skin care product you apply on your skin is actually ingested by your skin and it gets into your system. In other words, you are ‘consuming’ it. Now, can you imagine applying a second grade skin cream with harmful chemicals on your skin? Can you imagine the kind of health risks associated with using such a product? This is the reason why you should always read anti aging cream reviews and go only for the best products.

When you read an organic night anti-aging cream review, you should look out for three things – the kind of ingredients used, how effective they are/how safe they are, and the reviewer’s opinion on the product. In any skin care product, the kind of ingredients used determines the effectiveness and the safety factor of the product.

As far as the ingredients are concerned, organic ingredients are always better than artificial chemicals as they are safe for your skin and they also give you the best results in the shortest possible time. Some of the chemicals used in artificial cosmetic products are very, very harmful to your health. They include alcohols, phenol carbolic acid, toluene, artificial fragrance, parabens, triclosans, and more. If an organic night cream reviewed mentions any of these ingredients being used in a skin care product, skip it without thinking twice.

Like I already said, organic night anti-aging cream reviews in highly respected magazines and websites are usually written by skin care experts. So, their opinion matters a lot. So, when they say something about a product, you need to make a note of it.

In the recent times, skin care experts around the world have spoken highly of certain organic ingredients which are considered very, very effective and give the best results in a very short span of time. You can find these ingredients being mentioned in organic night cream reviewed more often than not recently. They are functional keratin, manuka honey, and phytessence wakame. These three ingredients have miraculous skin care properties and can simply take care of almost any skin related problem. Also, they are completely safe to use, irrespective of your skin type. These ingredients are pretty rare and they are found only in a handful of skin care products, as most skin care companies, including some big brands, are not aware of them. So, if you find a reviewer mentioning these ingredients, go for that product immediately.

So, there you have it people. The best way to choose the best anti aging cream is to read some good organic night anti-aging cream reviews and using that information to choose your product wisely. So, read good, informative reviews on anti aging creams from trusted sources and make an informed decision today.

Today’s fast pace world likes all things quick and convenient. This very psychology has influenced the world of beauty products and it’s no wonder that anti-cellulite products are the most popular members of this world. Almost every magazine today carries advertorials of anti-cellulite creams and oils with convincing real-life stories and assurances. Every young girl and guy battling cellulite falls prey to these luring ads and hastily picks up a product or two from the nearest store. This leads us to the question of – are cellulite creams really effective?

Most anti-cellulite products comprise of ingredients like retinol, antioxidant DMAE and caffeine; all of which are said to tackle cellulite effectively. They assure to fight cellulite that usually makes its way on thighs, buttocks, stomach and the pelvic area. People on the heavier side are no doubt the most vulnerable preys to cellulite. Even their thin counterparts are no less susceptible to cellulite growth. All this has given momentum to anti-cellulite creams as effective tools to grapple cellulite.

Caffeine, found commonly in all anti-cellulite products is said to work well against cellulite as it promotes blood circulation and acts a diuretic. In fact, several experts advocate the application of freshly ground coffee on cellulite affected areas as an effective way to fight cellulite. Caffeine is said to temporarily flush the moisture out of the cellulite affected areas and banish their ‘cellulite appearance’. It is said to tighten the skin, albeit for a temporary period.

Collagen, found in high-proteins is considered an effective fat-buster. Retinol, another ingredient present in most anti-cellulite products is said to penetrate through the skin and exfoliate it. As it exfoliates the skin it promotes growth of collagen in the body, thereby tackling cellulite effectively. Excess use of retinol can cause the skin to go red, feel irritable and peel off to an extent. Thus it doesn’t really help the skin battle cellulite in a healthy way. The effectiveness of DMAE, an anti-cellulite ingredient is often questioned.

This again leads us to the question – are cellulite creams really effective? A number of experts have questioned the effectiveness of anti-cellulite creams and have tried to present their own perceptions on this issue. Anti-cellulite products often claim to bust cellulite and help its users get rid of it forever. However, experts suggest that these products help users only get rid of the cellulite appearance, without addressing its root cause. They fail to reach out to the fat cells that are a result of cellulite deposition.

It is practically impossible to measure cellulite as there are no tools and techniques for the same. The effectiveness of anti-cellulite creams is determined by their ability to penetrate through the various layers of skin. Retin-A, a substance that can be availed only if prescribed is a great skin firming agent. Its works the most on the upper layers of the skin making them appear absolutely firm.

Anti-cellulite creams are the new aids available to us in our battle against cellulite. However, their effectiveness hasn’t been gauged accurately. Thus, there is no point relying merely on these products. Exercise and healthy diet should be a way of life to tackle cellulite effectively. And about the question – ‘are cellulite creams really effective’, we are yet to get a satisfactory answer.

Do you feel lost? Without an organic night anti-aging cream review, it’s difficult to find a night cream that gives excellent results. It’s easy to get confused by advertising, packaging, and celebrity endorsers. What should you believe? For me, when I review a skincare product, I focus solely on the ingredient list. This is where a night cream is “naked”, where its true quality is revealed to you.

Organic night cream reviewed: Ingredients under the microscope. Now, as a writer, it would be easy for me to just jot down a list of the best ingredients. But that doesn’t cut it as an organic night anti-aging cream review. No, as a skin cream consumer, you first need to know the three big causes of skin aging.

Top Three Skin Agers:

Collagen and elastin loss

Breakdown of hyaluronic acid

Free radical oxidation of skin cells

Let’s get into the first one in more detail. As you age, your skin naturally produces less and less collagen and elastin. You may have heard of these two skin proteins before; they are very important for skin firmness and pliability. Can this natural process of loss be reversed? Yes, but only with select ingredients—ones that stimulate skin cells to produce more collagen and elastin.

This is the only way to raise the level of collagen in your skin. A lot of cosmetics companies, however, deceive consumers into believing that collagen is just another ingredient. They list collagen on the label. But this cosmetic collagen is different from the collagen your skin cells make. Cosmetic collagen molecules are much larger and can’t be absorbed by skin cells.

It would great if you could stop one of the root causes of skin aging simply by rubbing new collagen on your skin, but this is not how the body works.

Which natural substance jumpstarts collagen and elastin production inside cells?

A usuable organic night anti-aging cream review not only tells you what is causing your skin to age, it gives you the tools to stop it. To stop collagen and loss, let me tell you about a groundbreaking ingredient that, just months ago, entered the anti-aging skin cream industry.

It’s called Cynergy TK.

This natural substance (extracted from sheep wool) contains functional keratin, which is an essential protein in the structure of skin. Before coming to market, the company credited with discovering and developing Cynergy TK performed many clinical trials on human volunteers. In short, it has been proven scientifically to stimulate new collagen and elastin production.

Your next step? Now you know one of the major skin agers and the natural substance that reverses it. But what about the other two—breakdown of hyaluronic acid and free radical oxidation? Well, those are just as important. To learn about them and the ingredients that combat them, visit my site and continue this organic night anti-aging revew.

The answer to this question is yes and no. First of all lets go ahead and get it out in the open…there is no way, other than plastic surgery, to “remove” or “cure” cellulite. There I said it, the ugly truth!! Now, there are ways to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Cure it you can’t, but reduce it you can. The idea that a cream can reduce the appearance of cellulite is simply too much for some people to believe. But believe it or not, many women would not be caught bare legged without it!

What many people don’t understand is that cellulite creams have a very specific formula that works by tightening the surface layer of the skin. Not only do they work on the surface of the skin, they penetrate the top layer to work as a diuretic to draw the liquid out of the trapped areas. This tightening and diuretic effect can give the appearance of tighter, more sculpted skin. However, one must realize that cellulite creams are not a miracle cure, it takes time.

Women all over the country are rushing out to their local department stores to buy these cellulite creams, they buy them…with a pessimistic mind, and expect results in two applications. There in lies the problem! Cellulite creams, like other type of creams to reduce the appearance of other problematic issues women face such as stretch marks, take time and patience. In our busy fast paced world this is a rare commodity we have little of. 99% of these creams clearly state that results may be noticed in 4 weeks of continuous use.

One thing the woman, or man, buying the cream needs to be extremely cautious about is the type of cream they buy. Anti-cellulite creams are a dime a dozen, meaning there are countless numbers of products available to the consumer, and all of them make the same or similar claims of greatness. The number one factor that determines your success with a product is the product itself! If you buy a product that has never been tested, or is made by a fly by Night Company, for ten dollars cheaper than the other more popular product, you may be purchasing foot cream in a fancy tube! This will do nothing for, or have no effect on your cellulite.

This is not to say that you must buy the most expensive product on the market, just make sure the product you are buying has many satisfied customers, and not just scorned ones. Essentially deciding which cream to buy is up to you as the consumer, but I will explain further some things to look for in an effective Cellulite Cream.

Sometimes when you are talking about creams to reduce the appearance of cellulite the old adage you get what you pay for is true. However, no matter what the cost, a good cellulite cream should contain certain ingredients. Cellulite is a condition in which fat invades the dermis layer of tissue; this is what causes the cottage cheese look. While no woman wants to be afflicted with this condition, researchers suggest that 90% of women will experience cellulite at some time during their life. It is at these times, whether you are 16 or 75, that you should invest in a good quality cellulite cream.

There are three basic ingredients that a cellulite cream should have. Anything other than these three ingredients should just be considered an added benefit of the cream, and will most likely benefit your skin. These three ingredients are:

• Caffeine- Is by far the most often used and popular ingredient in anti-cellulite cream. While no one would tell you that caffeine is good for you when ingesting it, everyone who knows anything about anti-cellulite cream will tell you it is absolutely essential when trying to reduce the appearance of cellulite. It is the caffeine that works to increase circulation, and blood flow. This increased circulation and blood flow helps to break down and eliminate the cellular fluid that often contributes to cellulite. Remember, this only works with topical application and does nothing for cellulite when ingested!

• L-Carnitine- Is another essential ingredient used in anti-cellulite cream. This particular ingredient is used for its ability to increase the body’s metabolic rate, which in turn increases the body’s ability to burn fat and store less fat. L-Carnitine also decreases the over all amount of body fat storage cells.

• Vitamin A- Works to support and repair the connective tissue in the dermis layer of the skin. It is thought that the fat that causes cellulite is allowed to invade the dermis layer because of a flaw in the connective tissue structures. If this error in the connective tissue is not repaired than the cellulite, AKA the fat will continue to move and travel making cellulite worse!

While not all anti-cellulite creams contain these three active ingredients, they should, and if they don’t I wouldn’t advise buying them. Anyone can put lotion in a bottle and place a sticker on it that makes wild claims of curing your cellulite. And while there are several creams that are very effective at reducing the appearance of cellulite, there are none that can CURE it! Any products that claim to cure your cellulite are simply misleading you in an effort to get your money…simply put, bad marketing! Most creams contain many more ingredients than this and the other ingredients are there to support or boost the effects of the active ingredients. Whichever cream you choose I wish you all the luck in the world at reducing the appearance of your cellulite.

Although nobody wants to have it, cellulite is a condition shared by many. It plagues both genders. Women, however, are especially concerned over this condition, since about 80 percent of women actually suffer from it. It’s good to know though that there are now new treatments such as anti cellulite creams that help get rid of cellulite in a fast and safe manner. Cellulite creams are now prevalently available in the market and there are many advantages to using these creams. Let’s find out what these advantages are.

Fortunately, skin creams are now more sophisticated than ever. Back in the day, there were creams that had powerful ingredients, but had many downsides. For instance, irritation of the skin was not uncommon upon using those old creams. Also, powerful ingredients became useless since there was a lack of other agents that could help the cream itself penetrate better into the skin. Anti cellulite creams now offer so much more, and are milder to use on our skin. They are also now more effective, since they can now target the problem at the source so that the chances of developing future cellulite are minimized.

Creams for Cellulite – Good creams now act both as fat burners and eliminators of unsightly cellulite. Creams are now designed to target the accumulation of fat and toxins beneath the skin. When we age, our skin naturally loses firmness and becomes more and move vulnerable to sagging due to fat cells attached beneath the skin. What these fat cells do is trigger the development of dimples and uncomfortable lines.

Repairs Damages – Another advantage of using an anti cellulite cream is the fact that creams now do not only get rid of cellulite but also do some repair work on damaged skin. This means you get to have softer and younger-looking skin while you treat the cellulite. Now you won’t have to purchase separate products to help sooth and heal your skin. This double-action is probably the reason why users of anti cellulite creams can easily see results in just a matter of weeks.

What about diet and exercise? Of course, exercise and a proper diet works well in getting rid of cellulite, but these alone may require more than just a number of weeks for you to start seeing considerable results. Having that said, creams do work best alongside regular exercise and a healthy diet.

Natural Products – Furthermore, anti cellulite creams now contain gentler ingredients from nature while still providing optimal effectiveness. The great thing about ingredients that derive from nature itself is the fact that the body can go well with their application and experience no harsh side effects. More and more individuals are now turning to natural products mainly because of their mildness and compatibility with the skin. For instance, a natural anti cellulite cream may contain natural ingredients like caffeine, vitamin A and shea butter. Caffeine helps dissolve fat cells that cause cellulites via energy/heat, vitamin A acts to repair damaged skin and shea butter helps sooth skin and keep it soft and healthy.

Other Alternatives – Of course, you may try natural methods to treat your cellulite. For instance, you may wrap an affected area in a caffeine solution. However, there is a bigger advantage in using a pre-prepared anti cellulite cream, and that is convenience. Treating cellulite doesn’t have to be messy or take a lot of time. Simply rub on anti cellulite cream as recommended and you’re good to go!

These days, there are more researches done on cellulite products and cellulite creams. The concern over unsightly cellulite has been around for a very, very long time now. So do anti cellulite creams really work and are they all worth it in the end? Let’s find out.

The availability of the cellulite solution is not the issue. The problem is, how do we know which one is the best to use? To find out, we need to look into the core of anti cellulite products. For instance, we need to ask, what are the ingredients? How are they effective? What do they do? These questions will definitely help you figure out whether the information you are getting from a product makes sense or not.

The truth is, consumers who have been suffering due to their cellulite for a very long time will tend to believe just about anything. First of all, you should never think there is one universal product that’s best for everyone. If a product claims to do miracles, then it’s probably too good to be true. So do cellulite creams work? In general yes, but the real question is which ones are the most effective ones. Some creams do work, but cause severe skin reactions. Other creams also do work, but only in the short-term.

Product Reputation – One thing you should watch out for is the reputation of a product. Many good anti cellulite creams are backed up by lots of sensible information in their website. For instance, companies that provide a FAQ, list of ingredients, and explanations on exactly how their products work are often those that are well-trusted. At least, you can do some research on your own if the complete list of ingredients are right in front of you.

As mentioned earlier, you need to look closer into a product. Not only that, you need to find a connection between the information about a product with scientific findings. For instance, research has just discovered that caffeine is the newest anti cellulite agent. There are now anti cellulite products that do contain caffeine. So in this case you might want to place those products in your priority list. Don’t just stop there though. Find out exactly what caffeine does and how it could actually help get rid of cellulite!

Why They Work – The observation is that caffeine improves fat metabolism and minimizes swelling, and therefore makes skin look smoother than it really is. The conclusion is, cellulite creams can indeed minimize the appearance of cellulite, even though they may not be able to eliminate all cellulite (that would be sort of miraculous). Good creams can plump up the skin so that the surface appears smoother. Also, good creams have other added natural ingredients that improve skin in general, such as retinol A, AHA, and coffeeberry. We’re talking about boosting your skin’s health with antioxidants (that get rid of toxins) and soothing it at the same time.

Cellulite Visibility – Although scientists have found there’s still no proven method that totally eliminates cellulite, these scientists do observe that there are products that can minimize the visibility and sensation of cellulite. This is pretty outstanding in itself, because people are generally more concerned over the appearance of cellulite, and not really on the fact that fat cells exist.

Why It’s Better – So are anti cellulite creams worth it? Think about other methods such as surgery (liposuction, etc) and supplements that you have to take orally. Creams can be applied directly and do not have to go through your system like supplements do-creams can work locally on affected areas only. Surgery is extremely invasive to many, and not to mention quite risky, expensive and not 100% fail-proof. So at the end of the day, really think about these considerations and you make the call!

An effective night cream is very important to maintain a young and beautiful skin. Its ingredients penetrate our skin while we are asleep. They can either make or break our skin’s health and beauty. Here is what you should consider while looking at organic night anti-aging cream review.

A reliable organic night anti-aging cream review should consider the following factors –

1) Cost — the organic night cream reviewed need not be expensive, but don’t expect it to be cheap either. Natural ingredients do cost much as they are sought after by the most elite skin care product manufacturers.

Cheap substandard night creams are made up of synthetic and harmful chemicals such as parabens, alcohols, mineral oils, dioxanes and fragrances. These cause disastrous health consequences and should be avoided at any cost.

But don’t think that expensive and big brand creams are the best either. You can get the best anti-aging skin care creams within $40 or so. Just be careful that they contain the best natural ingredients in active concentrations.

2) Effectiveness — look for natural ingredients that are scientifically proven safe and compatible with your skin. They should be hundred percent natural and safe enough to be “eaten”. This is because whatever you put on your skin is literally ingested and the ingredients find their way till your bloodstream.

3) Concentration of active ingredients — the natural ingredients should be in active concentrations of more than 50%. Anything less than that renders them ineffective.

4) Advertising cost — make sure that the company is not trying to sell its products by creating a big marketing hype through mass television ads, celebrity endorsements, glossy magazine ads and so on. Online niche skincare companies are better in this regard that they give higher quality products by spending on product research and development.

5) Potency on skin aging causes — while looking at organic night anti-aging cream review, consider only those products that have natural ingredients that effectively counter the 3 Main causes of aging. They are -

– Lower production of collagen and elastin

– Loss of hyaluronic acid

– Free radical damage

Make sure that the ingredients in the night cream that you use effectively counter all these 3 causes of aging.

The best organic night cream reviewed is incomplete without these cutting edge natural ingredients that have won worldwide laurels in organic night anti-aging cream reviews — Cynergy TK, Phytessence Wakame and Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10.

These are highly effective and play a unique role in enhancing the natural production of collagen and elastin, preserving the level of hyaluronic acid and countering free radical damage.

Visit my website to find out what amazing natural ingredients you should look out for and what harmful substances you should avoid in the best night creams, so that you can achieve a young, beautiful and naturally glowing skin.

If a company really has the best anti-aging skin creams, it should have documented research to back up its claims.  If a company is going to charge hundreds of dollars for an anti-aging skin cream, they should be willing to fully disclose the ingredients, rather than using proprietary names.  If you’re like me, you want to know what’s really in there, before you buy.

I’ve spent years evaluating different products, so that I could help people learn how to find the best anti-aging skin creams.  I got started after reading several reviews from women who had serious adverse reactions.  One woman’s face was permanently disfigured by an anti-aging skin cream and I am sure that she is not alone.

You see, cosmetic companies are allowed to use practically anything in their products, especially if the manufacturer is located in specific countries.  The US, for example, has very few regulations regarding the ingredients or complete disclosure of them.  The EU has better standards and has banned many unsafe ingredients, which are still being used by US companies.

Sodium methyl paraben, for example, is banned by the EU, because it has de-pigmenting effects.  In other words, it causes the appearance of lighter spots on the skin’s surface.  Not only is this a problem for your appearance, it also makes the skin more sensitive to UV rays from the sun.  Companies in the US are still allowed to use the ingredient.

The most popular ingredients for anti-aging skin cream are sunscreens.  You will see a number of creams and lotions, meant for daily use, that have SPF ratings ranging has high as 20.  If you buy a product with an SPF rating, make sure that the sun-screening compound is not oxybenzone or benzophenone.  They are derivatives of benzene, a known carcinogen.  They have been shown in scientific studies to damage DNA strands, when the cells are exposed to UV rays from the sun, which makes them probably carcinogens.  The evidence was published over two years ago, but the ingredients are still be used.

The best anti-aging skin creams do not have an SPF rating.  It is not safe to rely on an anti-aging skin cream to prevent sun damage or skin cancer.  Use common sense in the sun and wear protective clothing.  Use a zinc oxide sun-block, on exposed areas, when you expect to be outside for extended periods of time.  When the use of sunscreens became popular, they were rushed to the market, without first being fully evaluated for safety.

The best anti-aging skin creams for the body do contain vitamin B5, because it enhances the natural tanning processes.  The ingredient is recommended for men to use on their faces on a daily basis, as it is also a natural anti-inflammatory and men tend to have problems with inflammation, due primarily to shaving.

When you are shopping for an anti-aging skin cream, there are many ingredients to look for, including wakame kelp.  The best anti-aging skin creams are safe and natural.  Just be sure to do a little research, before you buy.
