Cellulite afflicts millions of women all across with the world. It is a skin condition that will affect 80% of women over the age of 20. Women who have cellulite **** it with and sometimes they feel insecure as they believe that the parts of their body that is affected by cellulite does not look good. There have been advances in the treatment of the cellulite with the development of different creams that help in the reduction of this condition. This article will look at the three of these creams, Neutrogena Anti Cellulite Treatment, Nivea Reshaping Treatment and Nivea Goodbye Cellulite.
The Neutrogena Cellulite Treatment which is developed in France will help to reduce the look of cellulite. The active ingredients are seaweed and caffeine which is used to give the skin and increase in the firmness. There is also Retinol which is the purest form of Vitamin A which will help with the skins elasticity. The reshaping treatment has the special ingredients Q10 and active soy protein which will reduce the look of cellulite after a couple of weeks of use. This is because it will replenish the coenzyme that is used to strengthen your skin.

The L-Carnitine’s purpose is to take fat and convert it into energy. This is extremely important for the reduction of cellulite as most of the bad fat is supposed to be converted and used up. Many women have reported better skin and smoothness after using the creams.
Each of these anti-cellulite creams brings something different to the reduction cellulite. They all give women hope that they will be able to rub the cellulite away and get back to enjoying their lovely cellulite free skin. The creams are not a magical cure, but they do help reduce the look of cellulite on women. Neutrogena Anti Cellulite Treatment uses its own seaweed and caffeine to reduce the look of cellulite. In the end it is up to the woman to decide on the results that these creams give. If they feel like these creams help to reduce the look of cellulite on their skin then they should give this cream a try.

If you are suffering from stubborn cellulites, you are not alone. Just pinch your thighs and you’ll discover the shocking truth that you have fat deposits under your skin. If you find it hard to deal with cellulite, do what a lot of other women are doing-go for an effective anti cellulite cream.
The Use of Cream Products
There are actually many other options for getting rid of cellulite. These include liposuction, massage and home remedies. As most consumers can attest to, creams are definitely cheaper than liposuction. With a good anti cellulite cream there is absolutely no need to take out a loan or punch holes in your wallet. There are also some creams with ingredients that have been shown as more effective than scientifically unproven spa techniques. As for home remedies, they are generally not standardized. Creams from credible manufacturers have ingredients that have been precisely measured and mixed for best results.
Anti Cellulite Cream vs. Pills
Creams aren’t the only available products out there. There are also tablets and pills that claim to be able to help fight cellulite. It is generally a good idea though to settle for cream-based products. This is not to say that there are no effective oral anti cellulite products. Cellulite deposits however are basically stubborn fat pockets that may obstruct proper blood flow. This means that tablet ingredients that use the bloodstream to get to the fats may not even get there at all. Poor circulation and the fats themselves may make it hard for the tablet ingredients to get through.
What You Should Look For
If you do settle for an anti cellulite cream, you should be careful with your product choice. There are many creams out there. How do you make the right choice?
Look for creams with natural ingredients. Some synthetic-based products may be equally effective but they do not give the assurance that they are extremely safe to use. Natural products present fewer risks of potential side effects because their ingredients are naturally occurring in nature, thus gentle to the body.
Make sure you read reviews about specific ingredients of your anti cellulite cream product before using it. Not every product that claims to be natural is effective. Look for ingredients that can break or burn fat deposits like caffeine, green tea extract and L-carnitine. Other ingredients like retinol A and shea butter can additionally help nourish the skin and keep it smooth and elastic.
Caution
No matter how your product would claim to be safe to use, always practice caution. Common sense should tell you that you should avoid using some products if you are pregnant. You should also stop using a natural product if you experience skin rashes or itchiness. These may be a sign that you may have an unknown or rare ingredient allergy.
Be wary of merchants trying to wiggle out money from you in exchange of fake and ineffective products. Make sure that the product of your choice has good ratings from consumers.

Finding the best anti cellulite cream isn’t at all hard so long as know what to look for and what to avoid. However, since you’re probably not aware of what to look for nor what to avoid, you’re quest for the best cellulite treatment cream must begin with a bit of researching. The research you do will educate you on the most effective ingredients found in the best of the best anti-cellulite creams.
As luck would have it, all the research you were going to do has already been done for you. As a matter of fact, it is now sitting directly in front of you — all you’ve got to do now is read it.
The 8 Ingredients That Make Up The Perfect Cellulite Cream
Caffeine: This ingredient may only provide cellulite reduction “benefits” when applied directly to the skin, not when it is ingested through foods & soft drinks. In truth, caffeine taken through foods and/or drinks is more likely to worsen your cellulite condition than it is to help it. Basically, caffeine helps to increase blood flow and circulation — this in turn leads to the immediate removal of toxins, fat, and any excess fluids that may be harmful to the body.
Algae Extract: This ingredient is known for it’s detoxifying properties, which is why it works so well in anti cellulite cream. Algae extract penetrates deep into the skin & tissues and releases the harmful toxins that are trapped within the body’s fat storage cells. With these toxins released, the bloodstream can remove them quickly from the body.
L-Carnitine: This ingredient’s job is to boost metabolism and shrink fat storage cells — which is basically two feats in the same. Higher metabolic rates in a person typically means more fat & calories are being burned off. This means smaller and smaller amounts of fat will be stored in the body’s fat cells. Due to this fact, the fat storage cells will begin to shrink in size.
Green Tea Extracts: This is yet another detoxifier and fat storage cell shrinker. The power of green tea lies in it’s high concentration of catechin polyphenols, which react with other chemicals in the body to burn more off fat and lessen the overall amount of fat storage cells in the body.
Capsicum Extract: The purpose of this ingredient is basically to provide support to the caffeine ingredient, as it too increases circulation — and in case you haven’t figured it out yet, circulation & blood flow is vital when it comes to cellulite removal. With capsicum extract and caffeine working hand-in-hand to increase the body’s circulation, the fight against cellulite will tilt greatly in your favor.
Retinol A or Vitamin A: The properties of this ingredient include the repairing and strengthening of connective tissues. Aside from that, this ingredient will also increase the elasticity of the skin by stimulating the production of collagen deep within cell layers. Retinol A is merely a derivative of vitamin A — this means they both exhibit the same general properties; hence, finding either one in a cellulite treatment cream is good news.
Horsetail Extract: When an area of skin is loose & weak, cellulite has absolutely no problem settling in and making itself comfortable. This is precisely why horsetail extract is needed, as it helps to firm the skin, it increases elasticity, and it strengthens connective fibers within skin cells.
Shea Butter: This particular ingredient is on the front lines in the fight against cellulite because of it’s skin nourishing and softening properties. Shea butter softens the skin and makes it extremely easy for all other ingredients to penetrate the tissue and do what needs to be done — which is the complete & total annihilation of cellulite. Although the best anti cellulite cream would probably work without this particular ingredient, having it along for the ride just makes things easier as well as a whole lot quicker.
If you find a cellulite treatment cream that has all of these ingredients, or even half these ingredients, you should seriously consider trying it. Of course, that’s only if you truly want to be rid of cellulite once and for all!

Today’s fast pace world likes all things quick and convenient. This very psychology has influenced the world of beauty products and it’s no wonder that anti-cellulite products are the most popular members of this world. Almost every magazine today carries advertorials of anti-cellulite creams and oils with convincing real-life stories and assurances. Every young girl and guy battling cellulite falls prey to these luring ads and hastily picks up a product or two from the nearest store. This leads us to the question of – are cellulite creams really effective?
Most anti-cellulite products comprise of ingredients like retinol, antioxidant DMAE and caffeine; all of which are said to tackle cellulite effectively. They assure to fight cellulite that usually makes its way on thighs, buttocks, stomach and the pelvic area. People on the heavier side are no doubt the most vulnerable preys to cellulite. Even their thin counterparts are no less susceptible to cellulite growth. All this has given momentum to anti-cellulite creams as effective tools to grapple cellulite.
Caffeine, found commonly in all anti-cellulite products is said to work well against cellulite as it promotes blood circulation and acts a diuretic. In fact, several experts advocate the application of freshly ground coffee on cellulite affected areas as an effective way to fight cellulite. Caffeine is said to temporarily flush the moisture out of the cellulite affected areas and banish their ‘cellulite appearance’. It is said to tighten the skin, albeit for a temporary period.
Collagen, found in high-proteins is considered an effective fat-buster. Retinol, another ingredient present in most anti-cellulite products is said to penetrate through the skin and exfoliate it. As it exfoliates the skin it promotes growth of collagen in the body, thereby tackling cellulite effectively. Excess use of retinol can cause the skin to go red, feel irritable and peel off to an extent. Thus it doesn’t really help the skin battle cellulite in a healthy way. The effectiveness of DMAE, an anti-cellulite ingredient is often questioned.
This again leads us to the question – are cellulite creams really effective? A number of experts have questioned the effectiveness of anti-cellulite creams and have tried to present their own perceptions on this issue. Anti-cellulite products often claim to bust cellulite and help its users get rid of it forever. However, experts suggest that these products help users only get rid of the cellulite appearance, without addressing its root cause. They fail to reach out to the fat cells that are a result of cellulite deposition.
It is practically impossible to measure cellulite as there are no tools and techniques for the same. The effectiveness of anti-cellulite creams is determined by their ability to penetrate through the various layers of skin. Retin-A, a substance that can be availed only if prescribed is a great skin firming agent. Its works the most on the upper layers of the skin making them appear absolutely firm.
Anti-cellulite creams are the new aids available to us in our battle against cellulite. However, their effectiveness hasn’t been gauged accurately. Thus, there is no point relying merely on these products. Exercise and healthy diet should be a way of life to tackle cellulite effectively. And about the question – ‘are cellulite creams really effective’, we are yet to get a satisfactory answer.

The answer to this question is yes and no. First of all lets go ahead and get it out in the open…there is no way, other than plastic surgery, to “remove” or “cure” cellulite. There I said it, the ugly truth!! Now, there are ways to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Cure it you can’t, but reduce it you can. The idea that a cream can reduce the appearance of cellulite is simply too much for some people to believe. But believe it or not, many women would not be caught bare legged without it!
What many people don’t understand is that cellulite creams have a very specific formula that works by tightening the surface layer of the skin. Not only do they work on the surface of the skin, they penetrate the top layer to work as a diuretic to draw the liquid out of the trapped areas. This tightening and diuretic effect can give the appearance of tighter, more sculpted skin. However, one must realize that cellulite creams are not a miracle cure, it takes time.
Women all over the country are rushing out to their local department stores to buy these cellulite creams, they buy them…with a pessimistic mind, and expect results in two applications. There in lies the problem! Cellulite creams, like other type of creams to reduce the appearance of other problematic issues women face such as stretch marks, take time and patience. In our busy fast paced world this is a rare commodity we have little of. 99% of these creams clearly state that results may be noticed in 4 weeks of continuous use.
One thing the woman, or man, buying the cream needs to be extremely cautious about is the type of cream they buy. Anti-cellulite creams are a dime a dozen, meaning there are countless numbers of products available to the consumer, and all of them make the same or similar claims of greatness. The number one factor that determines your success with a product is the product itself! If you buy a product that has never been tested, or is made by a fly by Night Company, for ten dollars cheaper than the other more popular product, you may be purchasing foot cream in a fancy tube! This will do nothing for, or have no effect on your cellulite.
This is not to say that you must buy the most expensive product on the market, just make sure the product you are buying has many satisfied customers, and not just scorned ones. Essentially deciding which cream to buy is up to you as the consumer, but I will explain further some things to look for in an effective Cellulite Cream.
Sometimes when you are talking about creams to reduce the appearance of cellulite the old adage you get what you pay for is true. However, no matter what the cost, a good cellulite cream should contain certain ingredients. Cellulite is a condition in which fat invades the dermis layer of tissue; this is what causes the cottage cheese look. While no woman wants to be afflicted with this condition, researchers suggest that 90% of women will experience cellulite at some time during their life. It is at these times, whether you are 16 or 75, that you should invest in a good quality cellulite cream.
There are three basic ingredients that a cellulite cream should have. Anything other than these three ingredients should just be considered an added benefit of the cream, and will most likely benefit your skin. These three ingredients are:
• Caffeine- Is by far the most often used and popular ingredient in anti-cellulite cream. While no one would tell you that caffeine is good for you when ingesting it, everyone who knows anything about anti-cellulite cream will tell you it is absolutely essential when trying to reduce the appearance of cellulite. It is the caffeine that works to increase circulation, and blood flow. This increased circulation and blood flow helps to break down and eliminate the cellular fluid that often contributes to cellulite. Remember, this only works with topical application and does nothing for cellulite when ingested!
• L-Carnitine- Is another essential ingredient used in anti-cellulite cream. This particular ingredient is used for its ability to increase the body’s metabolic rate, which in turn increases the body’s ability to burn fat and store less fat. L-Carnitine also decreases the over all amount of body fat storage cells.
• Vitamin A- Works to support and repair the connective tissue in the dermis layer of the skin. It is thought that the fat that causes cellulite is allowed to invade the dermis layer because of a flaw in the connective tissue structures. If this error in the connective tissue is not repaired than the cellulite, AKA the fat will continue to move and travel making cellulite worse!
While not all anti-cellulite creams contain these three active ingredients, they should, and if they don’t I wouldn’t advise buying them. Anyone can put lotion in a bottle and place a sticker on it that makes wild claims of curing your cellulite. And while there are several creams that are very effective at reducing the appearance of cellulite, there are none that can CURE it! Any products that claim to cure your cellulite are simply misleading you in an effort to get your money…simply put, bad marketing! Most creams contain many more ingredients than this and the other ingredients are there to support or boost the effects of the active ingredients. Whichever cream you choose I wish you all the luck in the world at reducing the appearance of your cellulite.

Although nobody wants to have it, cellulite is a condition shared by many. It plagues both genders. Women, however, are especially concerned over this condition, since about 80 percent of women actually suffer from it. It’s good to know though that there are now new treatments such as anti cellulite creams that help get rid of cellulite in a fast and safe manner. Cellulite creams are now prevalently available in the market and there are many advantages to using these creams. Let’s find out what these advantages are.
Fortunately, skin creams are now more sophisticated than ever. Back in the day, there were creams that had powerful ingredients, but had many downsides. For instance, irritation of the skin was not uncommon upon using those old creams. Also, powerful ingredients became useless since there was a lack of other agents that could help the cream itself penetrate better into the skin. Anti cellulite creams now offer so much more, and are milder to use on our skin. They are also now more effective, since they can now target the problem at the source so that the chances of developing future cellulite are minimized.
Creams for Cellulite – Good creams now act both as fat burners and eliminators of unsightly cellulite. Creams are now designed to target the accumulation of fat and toxins beneath the skin. When we age, our skin naturally loses firmness and becomes more and move vulnerable to sagging due to fat cells attached beneath the skin. What these fat cells do is trigger the development of dimples and uncomfortable lines.
Repairs Damages – Another advantage of using an anti cellulite cream is the fact that creams now do not only get rid of cellulite but also do some repair work on damaged skin. This means you get to have softer and younger-looking skin while you treat the cellulite. Now you won’t have to purchase separate products to help sooth and heal your skin. This double-action is probably the reason why users of anti cellulite creams can easily see results in just a matter of weeks.
What about diet and exercise? Of course, exercise and a proper diet works well in getting rid of cellulite, but these alone may require more than just a number of weeks for you to start seeing considerable results. Having that said, creams do work best alongside regular exercise and a healthy diet.
Natural Products – Furthermore, anti cellulite creams now contain gentler ingredients from nature while still providing optimal effectiveness. The great thing about ingredients that derive from nature itself is the fact that the body can go well with their application and experience no harsh side effects. More and more individuals are now turning to natural products mainly because of their mildness and compatibility with the skin. For instance, a natural anti cellulite cream may contain natural ingredients like caffeine, vitamin A and shea butter. Caffeine helps dissolve fat cells that cause cellulites via energy/heat, vitamin A acts to repair damaged skin and shea butter helps sooth skin and keep it soft and healthy.
Other Alternatives – Of course, you may try natural methods to treat your cellulite. For instance, you may wrap an affected area in a caffeine solution. However, there is a bigger advantage in using a pre-prepared anti cellulite cream, and that is convenience. Treating cellulite doesn’t have to be messy or take a lot of time. Simply rub on anti cellulite cream as recommended and you’re good to go!

These days, there are more researches done on cellulite products and cellulite creams. The concern over unsightly cellulite has been around for a very, very long time now. So do anti cellulite creams really work and are they all worth it in the end? Let’s find out.
The availability of the cellulite solution is not the issue. The problem is, how do we know which one is the best to use? To find out, we need to look into the core of anti cellulite products. For instance, we need to ask, what are the ingredients? How are they effective? What do they do? These questions will definitely help you figure out whether the information you are getting from a product makes sense or not.
The truth is, consumers who have been suffering due to their cellulite for a very long time will tend to believe just about anything. First of all, you should never think there is one universal product that’s best for everyone. If a product claims to do miracles, then it’s probably too good to be true. So do cellulite creams work? In general yes, but the real question is which ones are the most effective ones. Some creams do work, but cause severe skin reactions. Other creams also do work, but only in the short-term.
Product Reputation – One thing you should watch out for is the reputation of a product. Many good anti cellulite creams are backed up by lots of sensible information in their website. For instance, companies that provide a FAQ, list of ingredients, and explanations on exactly how their products work are often those that are well-trusted. At least, you can do some research on your own if the complete list of ingredients are right in front of you.
As mentioned earlier, you need to look closer into a product. Not only that, you need to find a connection between the information about a product with scientific findings. For instance, research has just discovered that caffeine is the newest anti cellulite agent. There are now anti cellulite products that do contain caffeine. So in this case you might want to place those products in your priority list. Don’t just stop there though. Find out exactly what caffeine does and how it could actually help get rid of cellulite!
Why They Work – The observation is that caffeine improves fat metabolism and minimizes swelling, and therefore makes skin look smoother than it really is. The conclusion is, cellulite creams can indeed minimize the appearance of cellulite, even though they may not be able to eliminate all cellulite (that would be sort of miraculous). Good creams can plump up the skin so that the surface appears smoother. Also, good creams have other added natural ingredients that improve skin in general, such as retinol A, AHA, and coffeeberry. We’re talking about boosting your skin’s health with antioxidants (that get rid of toxins) and soothing it at the same time.
Cellulite Visibility – Although scientists have found there’s still no proven method that totally eliminates cellulite, these scientists do observe that there are products that can minimize the visibility and sensation of cellulite. This is pretty outstanding in itself, because people are generally more concerned over the appearance of cellulite, and not really on the fact that fat cells exist.
Why It’s Better – So are anti cellulite creams worth it? Think about other methods such as surgery (liposuction, etc) and supplements that you have to take orally. Creams can be applied directly and do not have to go through your system like supplements do-creams can work locally on affected areas only. Surgery is extremely invasive to many, and not to mention quite risky, expensive and not 100% fail-proof. So at the end of the day, really think about these considerations and you make the call!

A lot of anti-cellulite creams efficacy is often questioned because one does not see them work when applied. Thermic creams are increasing in demand because one can feel them and see them work!
The most innovative product in the market are the Thermic creams with red pepper; creams which when applied one can actually feel them working! ALTA CARE Laboratoires – Paris, have just launched an innovative cellulite cream – ALTADRINE Thermic Cream. The Red Pepper extract and the methyl nicotinate combination in Altadrine Thermic Cream causes a redness and burning sensation while actively working on the cellulite and burning the fat away!
Containing Citrus Amara extract, Garcinia Cambodgia, Aesculus Hyppocastanum (Horse Chestnut) and Capiscum extract (Red Pepper); Altadrine Thermic Cream is highly recommended for people who want to decrease the ‘orange peel’ effect and have a more refined silhouette.
Citrus Amara extract is pure in it’s body fat burning properties. Garcinia Cambodgia and Aesculus Hyppocastanum (Horse Chestnut) extracts burn fat by thermogenesis. Another body fat burner is Capiscum extract, better known as Red Pepper extract.
Altadrine Thermic Cream is to be applied twice a day (morning and evening) on the affected areas; in circular massages, for a minimum of one month. Avoid contact with eyes and wash hands immediately after application. Altadrine Thermic Cream has a unique non-greasy and warm cream texture which is quickly absorbed, allowing one to get dressed immediately – ideal for those late morning wake ups!
To have a better result by intensive treatment using Altadrine Thermic Cream and Altadrine Fat burners by Alta Care Laboratoires contans citrus aurantium with 6% ephedrine. The ephedrine acts on the Beta 3 receptors of the adipocytes and it breaks down fact according to the Kreb cycle. The fat is broken down into energy. 1g of fat releases 9 calories of ATP energy. Altadrine fat burner tablets are made in France by Alta Care Laboratoires.
Ask your pharmacist for fat burners containing 100% Citrus Aurantium and start controlling your weight!

Who would want to suffer from the toil and embarrassment that cellulite can bring? Sadly, it’s not feasible to say goodbye to the problem merely through proper diet and weight loss.
Cellulite is caused by fat deposits that are under the skin. It is most common in adult women although men can get cellulite as well. However, thanks to modern medicine and better understanding on how cellulite is formed, there are many cellulite creams and products that can effectively stop cellulite in its tracks.
There are several ways in which to tackle the cellulite problem. Although eliminating cellulite completely is impossible, the best anti cellulite cream can help reduce cellulite and smooth out your skin.
The best anti cellulite cream should contain Retinol A. It is a derivative of Vitamin A that helps to rejuvenate skin by increasing the production and elasticity of skin naturally.
Retinol A can also help to stimulate the production of collagen deep inside the skin layer. Collagen is one of the most important components of skin rejuvenation and helps to reduce cellulite and smooth the skin.
Massaging your body can also help to get rid of cellulite. Recently, there is a trend to go natural instead of relying on drugs. As a result, there are various herbal cellulite creams and products on the market.
These herbal cellulite creams work by helping your body get rid of excess toxins and water and attempts to get rid of cellulite from the inside out. Typically, herbal or natural cellulite products take a longer time to see its effect but can be more effective in the long run.
Also since they are made from natural ingredients, there are lesser side effects as well. One good strategy to tackle cellulite is to apply anti cellulite creams on a regular basis as well as herbal cellulite solutions.
Ultimately, diet and exercise can help you get rid of cellulite permanently.

Cellulite is a very embarrassing problem for many women. There are natural ways to help get rid of cellulite, such as diet and exercise, but when the problem is hereditary it can be difficult to get rid of cellulite. However, there are cellulite creams that can temporarily solve your problem.
Revitol Cream Solution, Profile Anti-Cellulite Treatment, Body Shape, Cellulean or Avotone are all good creams, but which of these cellulite treatments work best? By comparing these remedies in a cellulite cream review, then considering your body type and metabolism, it may be possible to choose the best cream for yourself while avoiding the “try and discard” method.
There are a vast number of brands available. However, these five have had the most success, so they are the ones chosen for comparison in this cellulite review.
Cellulite Review: Revitol Cream Solution
To begin this cellulite cream review, let us start with the one that is ranked the highest, Revitol Cream Solution. It is available online and this cellulite cream is guaranteed to work in six months. It is as easy to use as any lotion, and includes ingredients that are as easy to understand, such as caffeine and green tea extract.
Cellulite Review: Profile Anti-Cellulite Treatment
Another cellulite cream that is simple to use and available online, is Profile Anti-Cellulite Treatment. This cellulite cream is considered to be unique in that it contains essential oils along with other ingredients that include green tea and aloe Vera.
Cellulite Cream Review: Body Shape
Body Shape anti-cellulite cream is one of the least expensive, at approximately fifty dollars, in this cellulite cream review. Like the others, it is available online as well. Body Shape anti-cellulite cream is made up of organic ingredients, like organic caffeine and organic lecithin, and is as simple to use as that favorite lotion you have sitting on your bathroom counter.
Cellulite Cream Review: Cellulean
Cellulean anti-cellulean cream is also as easy to use as lotion. The biggest difference between this kind and other creams is that it does not contain organic ingredients; instead, it uses Aminophylline as the central cellulite-fighting ingredient. For this reason I would advise against using this cream as it is not as natural as some of the others.
Cellulite Cream Review: Avotone
This is yet another cellulite cream available online that is made of mostly natural ingredients. These ingredients include avocado and mineral oils; however, these are blended with others, like Maltodextrine. Do not use if you are gluten intolerant, because of the Maltodextrine.
Now that you have an understanding of some of the best cellulite creams available today, you can go shopping online or find a store close by. With diligence, you can greatly reduce or eliminate the cellulite that has plagued you for years. Remember, however, that these cellulite creams are for people that can’t rid the affliction through a healthy diet and exercise.
